Day, Date & Time:
  Thursday the 30th of September 2021 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM

Set-Up:
  Vendors & employers can start setting up at 12 noon.  Must be set up by 12:45 PM

Place:
  AMVETS Post 99, 2840 Lafayette Rd in Indy (one room for ResourceTables & one room for Jobs Tables

Food:
  Drinks & Snacks (free)
  Food Trucks will be available (not free)

Volunteers Needed to Help Set-up:
  Call Don Hawkins at 317-632-0500 to volunteer

Resource Tables:
  Our goal - 60-65 Veterans Service Providers, including:
  Veterans Service Officers
  Colleges & Trade Schools
  IndyGo - FREE bus passes for Veterans 

Jobs Tables:
  Our goal - 40-45 Employers

Service Providers Outside:
  VA Mobile
  BMV Mobile
  Blood Mobile

Sponsors:
  We are looking for companies & organizations to help Sponsor our event

Corvinvirus:
  Hand sanatizer, face masks & thermometer's will be available

Transportation:
  We will try to get anyone there that wants to be there

Alcohol Will Be On Site:
  Alchol will be available in AMVETS bar only.  Alachol will not be allowed in the Resource or Employers areas

Advertising: Joe, Buzz & Don
  We will be promoting this event thru the media, press releases, etc.

  • If you are a Veteran, or a family member of a Veteran, in search of information on how to get goods or services you/they may need, you can dial 2-1-1 or contact one of the Service Providers or Veterans Organizations listed on our "Resources" page.
  • Cellphone users in Marion County may now dial 3-1-1 to reach the non-emergency line for IMPD and other Marion County dispatchers. The non-emergency phone number for callers using landlines is (317) 327-3811.
