MACV's Mission: 

  • Hold monthly Networking meetings with public and private Veterans Service Providers;
  • Form Research Committees that gather information on topics of the concerns and needs of our Veteran population;
  • Identify local Service Organizations that provides services and programs to our Marion County Veterans that can be published on VSC's Resource Center.


MACV's Goals:

  • Better serve, inform, and advise the Mayors' and Town Managers of Marion County on issues that affect Veterans, Military and their Families in our community;
  • Better serve, inform, and advise our Marion County Veterans, Military and their Families about services and programs available to them by helping VSC build a database made up from organizations in our communities that are already striving to help our Veterans, Military personnel and their Families.

MACV's Monthly Networking Meetings:

  • Anyone that wants to share their information on how they or their organization can benefit Marion County Veterans is welcome to attend any MACV meeting.
  • MACV meetings are always on the 3rd Tuesday of each month and runs from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Check below for location information.
  • To be a MACV Member and learn how you can help support our Veterans, just show up.
